Our story
A&E is Anastasiya and Erhan — a chef and her partner. Anastasiya grew up cooking the food we serve: borscht simmered slowly, pelmeni folded by hand, syrniki fresh each morning — and plenty more, from family recipes old and new.
When we couldn't find real home cooking in Doha, she started making it. Erhan built the way it reaches your door. Every meal has one chef behind it — and our name on it.

The Market
Beyond the daily table, order our handmade favourites one time — a tray for your own freezer. Everything is folded and cooked by hand in small batches, so we sell it by the batch.
The minimum isn't a rule — it's the mark of a real kitchen.

Slavic & Eastern-European home cooking — borscht, pelmeni, syrniki, stroganoff and more — cooked from family recipes by our chef Anastasiya. All halal.
Across Doha, in a morning window (7–11am) or an evening window (6–10pm) — you choose. You can edit an order up to 12 hours before, or skip a day up to 24 hours before.
Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs and more), so we can't guarantee a dish is free from traces. Tell us your needs and we'll always be honest about what we can do.
At launch we'll take payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Secure online payment in the app is coming shortly after.
The Market is for one-time orders of our handmade favourites — pelmeni by the kilo, syrniki by the dozen. Because everything is made by hand in batches, each item has a minimum order. Market extras can be added up to 2 hours before delivery.
